What is a good a/v input camcorder that about under 400 dollars?

I'm looking to start making video reviews on games, but need a camcorder that has a/v input, and is also under 400 dollars, so if anyone happens to know of any camcorders that have the price, and a/v input, let me know.

If you want to do a TV screen capture, the pinnicle dazzle line is okay. The quality is not great, but they are cheap. I got mine for $65. Here is a link to a vid I did with the recorder:

Alright that looks acceptable, now I just gotta find a store that will sell one... because I can't find any stores that sell any a/v input camcorders, thanks for your help.

I ordered mine from Tiger direct, it shipped in a few days. The only issue is the software you need to record from it. I use pinnacle studio 12, I'm not sure what the included software will be when you get yours, you may need to "Procure" Studio 12 or 13.
