What is a Zeta?

Zeta is a synthoid. An infiltration robot with advanced artificial intelligence, built to assassinate people for the NSA. He disguises himself as his target (or anyone else) by projecting a hologram around himself. There's only one, but I guess the NSA planned to make more before Zeta "malfunctioned" and became all "good" and stuff.
I remember seeing Zeta for the first time in Batman Beyond, then later in his own spin-off series. This was during the late 90's.

I remember a fictional character called Zeta from the Batman Beyond series; it was a copycat robot intended for use as an infiltration and assassination tool, but it became self-aware and went rogue. I think it even got its own spin-off show sometime during the early 2000s.
