Swamp thing. He's a plant elemental. His literal superhero job description is "protect plants/the earth." Furthermore, plants are his primary tool in doing so, meaning zero carbon footprint for his actual superhero antics. Finally, since he lives in a swamp he participates in zero consumerism. Even Aquaman makes waste. Swamp thing just sits in the swamp until called upon.

Euhmm...Green super hero.. What about..The Hulk? He is driven by pure anger.. but then he rips a city to pieces.. Okay... He-man Yeah.. he is green and such a damn Goody Two-Shoes (sort of) he makes Superman look evil.
Captain Marvel is also a scout .. Black Terror on the other hand... now that is a grade A Bad ass (In the best way ever)

Deadpool is also a real anti green hero. He will kill anybody in anyway. He will blow them up, blow their hole house up, use chemicals or whatever he can get his sneaky hands on... love him too
