It's the Greendale Human Being. Tropicaz was so kind to remind us all that gender neutrality is absolutely possible, and fun, too!
The Greendale Human Being is the mascot for Greendale, and it was conceived when people agreed that the old mascot, a grizzly bear, was not politically correct enough. It is the least offensive and least discriminating mascot design that they came up with. It is intended to not show any signs of ethnicity, and it is intended to be gender neutral. Although, when a female wears the costume, boobies are - of course - evident. It's hilarious. And creepy-scary as a bad trip on bath salts.
Bear in mind that Community is a TV series, your mileage in commonly accepted reality might vary. I am pretty certain you could put people on the stretcher and/or in therapy.
The Greendale Human Being gets dressed up a bit (in a totally non-discriminating and non-offensive way during festive seasons or on special occasions. In the picture above, you see it dressed up for Valentine's Day, and it's dubbed the Greendale Cupid Being. Maybe Slenderman is just misunderstood? Don't we all just want to be friends and get along?
