Getting a genetic disease?

The idea that you are born with a cancer that will pop out at a certain age is horrifying. It's like destiny, knowing you will die at a certain time because you are fated to develop a disease that runs through the family line. It's fucking depressing.
Not only for one's own sake, but damn would it suck to make children with a chance they'll inherit that shit as well. Then again, we trust our fates into the hands of better and better medicines and remedies all the time.

OT: I'll go with the classic - Other people. I'm Finnish too so you know that fits.

Hell is staring at a blank Word document and being unable to string together a single creative sentence, come up with a single interesting idea, start a single story that's never been told before. Forever.

Likewise, Hell is staring at the clock at four in the morning, you're wide awake but don't want to be, you know you have things to do the next day that you need rest for, but for some damned reason your body is all ready to get up and do stuff, that sleep med you're trying to wean off of is singing its siren song to you, and every time you get the slightest bit drowsy something itches.

Looking deep and longingly into her visual receptors, Graham 612 took the petrified weasel specimen and became the unit he knew he was meant to be: Graham MacDonald-Mackenzie the First Grand Chancellor of Canadia. Under his adjustable android rule, Canadia flourished for a time, until a plummeting snow goose called him to the Adequately Agreeable Beyond at the theoretical age of thrumpty newton. No tears were shed, for all present knew he would wish it thus. A quiet ceremony of remembrance was held and a single torch lit in the halls of remembrance, to burn forever as a sign of his untiring dedication to liberty, equality and reasonable maple syrup tariffs. Brian wrote this (I love you Lisa).

Rise up and be enlightened.

Coming to these forums everyday.
Ha ha. Hahaha. Haaaa...

I don't really know. I just wanted to make that joke.
Oh! Hell would be if someone already made the joke because I didn't check before posting.
