its the fact that they made the gr8est game "oblivion" then put guns into it, its like stephen hawking and rambo having a child, it has the best aspects of both worlds

I'm just wondering if your trying to stir shit up a bit to try and annoy the fans. If your not going to about the game then sell it off. Anyone with any knowledge of storytelling knows the plot doesn't kick off until about 10 minutes into a movie (when the first act kicks off.) The same thing applies to games. Slow start and then it gets good. That's like quitting during the tutorial.

What difficulty were you on? It took me a half hour. But I see your point. I found it immersive, but my dad found it boring. It depends on the person.

I rented this game and played on it solidly for about 5 hours. The next day when I turned it on, it started to bore me, and I haven't played it since.

There is something appealing about it, but it feels too much like work, and I want my games to relax me, or challange me.

Fallout 3 just felt wrong!

It took you 2 hours...
In 2 hours I had nuked a town, died twice of radiation poising, hit over sized rats with a green gooey stick, and was nearly a quarter way through the story. But yeah if you stick with it it might surprise you.

Damn 2 hours to get through the vault, did you get lost something? Anyway the game is slow to start but the story gets really good and it's alot of fun exploring the wasteland.

Haha, yeah if he got lost in the introductory part of the game imagine how he would do if he ever found one of the other vaults? Never getting out of there. No wonder he doesn't like the game.

You have to play some more. The real fun comes in when you get your hands on a shotgun and can kill Super Mutants.
