It's not just the accent switching and putting emphasis on the wrong words, its the gesticulating and facial expressions too.

To the OP: I don't think lacking an interest in anime is that weird, hell, that and hating it are the norm here.

As for me, I tend to speak in a verbose, idiosyncratic manner. I also have a variety of small habits (you know those black rubber strips along the wall in buildings like schools? I play games with those all the time) and make constant references to things. I'm an aspie, there are probably more I have.
