What is that gaming tactic/cheap move that you admit/avoid doing?

All is fair in war. I shall back you up into a corner, I shall spam hadouken, I shall noobtoob your ass, I will use my special move all the time and you will rage when I win. :D

Edit: Oh yes one more thing, I shall play as Yoda! Muhahaha. :p
Which is why they get banned in competitive games. Just saying it is fine for PUGs even though it does ruin other people's fun(sometimes) but Hadouken spamming doesn't seem like a good or even viable strategy.

On the other hand, apparently people consider the Last Stand perk to be cheap and noobish. I've never found it so, even when it's used on me; but if the majority think so, then I guess that's a cheap move I indulge in.
I agree with you there, it doesn't become a factor often enough to piss me off. On the off chance they do manage to kill me after they go down, they're probably going to die anyway and I'll still get the kill, so I don't mind all that much.
COD4 is the last one I've played so maybe they changed it since then, but I never understood the hate for Last Stand. I think it basically came down to people who got killed by it whining like a bunch of babies because they didn't expect it. Except that I almost never had any trouble recognizing that someone I shot was dropping into it since it had a pretty distinctive animation. I'd usually laugh and toss a flash grenade at them to finish them off before moving on.
Well the problem in CoD is the waste of ammo due to the invicibility frames that the skill gives you when you fall down although it did get much worse. In BO you still fire your main weapon as you go down so you have a period of invicibility and can still use your main weapon and on top of this you can be revived thus denying someone the kill. That is for pro version only.

OT: I refused to use Toucher Rangers and Signet Sins and Searing Flames in Guild Wars for ages until they balanced them. Using stuff like that for high level level competition when you need to win to win money is acceptable but in lower forms irritates me to no end. It just creates so many bad habits in the individual(usually) to the point where they can't use balanced weapons. Also when people fuck around like this other decent none imba builds can get nerfed in the process.

In CoD 2 I hate using the Thompson or the PPsh as I know other will use it and if I need it I can pick it up anyway. More so the PPsh is a really unbalanced gun in that game. I basically managed to win a whole S&D for my team by using the PPsh as we went from 9-0 to 9-10 winning the match(I can find a screenshot to show this) as I was so annoyed with the amount of sprayers on the other team. They really need a weapon limit. So if a weapon is that much a game changer it is imba.

In CoD 4 I don't use Last Stand because I find it a bit useless aside from "losing" someone the kill. I also don't use the P90 too often or use Martyrdom. The P90 because it is really imbalanced when you place on Hardcore even on Normal it is still quite imbalanced and Martyrdom because it is just plain irritating. You maybe get 1 or 2 kills from it and the explosive damage is a bit messed up in CoD 4 on HC. Same reason I won't use 40mils they create very bad habits in the player as you don't even need to aim right to get the kill. Just to say all of those things are banned in real scrims.

In BO I won't use the mini AK with grip and Rapid fire as well it is imba. As if you can completely change the game for your team with 1 person using 1 weapon there is something seriously wrong with the weapon.

In BC2 unless someone is in a building or there is a group or I had an AT out to kill a tank I won't use the Rocket Launchers against infantry. I did it once for a combat pin but never again. It is really cunty and a waste of rocket ammo.

Tactics wise I will never ever spawn camp or corner camp(unless defending objective then you have to camp) but other than that camping is alright as it is the only way to actually snipe in some games.

On this topic I really don't agree with the dev put it in the game then it is fair game to use in all cases. I mean this why devs go back and balance things as they didn't do it right in the first place and this really shows that argument is flawed.

Camping sometimes, I don't see why a sniper shouldn't be allowed to camp, in real life you don't see them lugging around large rifles across the battlefield right in front of enemy fire, they're camping at the back.

I try to avoid purposefully exploiting actual bugs, like item duplication and stuff, if I'm going for a proper play through, but if it's games like minecraft when they had the item repair drop, then yeah, since you can't repair them otherwise and I'll be damned if I'm finding another 3 diamonds for that pick.

Not sure if this counts, taking place in singleplayer town, but in Saint's Row 2, there seems to be a helpful cheat for almost every activity. Can't get enough points to extend the timer in Trailblazing? Use super explosions and/or evil cars. Can't get enough points in Insurance fraud? Low gravity on a full adrenaline bar makes you fly when hit by most anything. Keep getting blown up in Escort, Snatch, Heli Attack, Septic Avenger, or Drug Traffiking? Repair vehicle is perhaps the most useful cheat in the game.

These are never necessary in the first few levels, but 5 and 6 can be infuriating, high-grade bullshit.

I save/load alot on rng events, like admire/taunt/bribe in morrowind. it's a bit cheap but sometimes I just can't accept shit like that failing, most importantly because it's ussually the only real option

There's no such thing as 'cheap'. It's just a word people use because they don't want to learn how to play a game effectively. If a tactic is effective, and winning is important to you, then you'd be remiss not to employ that tactic just because you think it's 'dishonorable'. A game with competitive elements doesn't know the concept of 'honor'. The game knows winning and losing. That's all that matters. Period.

Most recently, in Deus Ex HR, I beat all the bosses by Typhoon spamming them to death.
Except for Jaron. He was kicking my ass. Then I accidentally discovered you can instantly defeat him by doing an instant takedown on him while he's vaulting over one of the walls. I've also beaten him by bringing a hacked turret with me and letting it kill him.

If possible, I always try to kill people standing still in TF2 with some kind of taunt kill, it's just a load of fun to kill players with taunt kills. xD

Some people think this is cheap but I just think the people who gets killed are slow because most taunt kills have a sound before the killing blow.

Using the hunting rifle in fallout new vages, that thing is so over powered if in full condition
How is it OP compared to a full conditioned anti-material rifle?
Cheapest thing I've probably used in a game: Full explosives load out on Combat Arms (Law, RPG, M79, HE frag, and a MK .48 because I ran out had an extra slot) on the same game I also love my Dragunov, I don't know why people hate semi's on that game so much.

The one thing I tend to avoid using is... Hmm, I guess it depends on what mood I'm in. Though I'm also guilty of using \movetoqt on my... 4th or so run through.

Just playing a game.
I'm just that godlike.

(In reality, I avoid grenade launchers in FPSs like the plague now)

In really any Nhl game the one timer is the stupidest cheapest move. I avoid it otherwise I don't feel that I beat my opponent fairly. I lose alot of games

I admit using the infitine Magic Flute glitch in Bayonetta, on "none-stop, Infinite, Balls to the walls, Climax mode".

I avoid projectile/Teleport spamming in Mortal Kombat (well online anyway), Johnny Cage is my Homeboy.

I will also never in my life be able to use any grenade launcher in CoD.
Im just so against it
