Agreed, but that was before. I got the whole dodge thing easily after practicing.FreelanceButler said:Tabuu in Smash Bros. Brawl with that big red laser circle thingy that kills you instantly
A nightmare to someone who can't get the whole dodge thing down
i have no idea how that slipped my mind! i suppose i mean big bang sorta moves like ones that inflict ridiculous amounts of pain in an over-the-top way, but yeah psycho mantis, that was one crazy ass boss fight.Ghostwise said:Easily Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid. well, when i wrote this topic up, it was after delving into a bit of nostalgic youtubing and coming across this particular cutscene and remembering how cool it was the first time i saw it. and im not particularly a huge fan of sephiroth, sure he was cool, but watevs. and also, that move was long, awesome, and tedious if you HAD to sit through it multiple times, i only saw it once when i played against him, because i killed him afterwards. you can go puke now if you need..Biek said:that move was long and tedious and a pain to have to sit through multiple times. Im getting sick of the sephiroth fanboyism in this forum to the point it makes me want to puke.solidd said:Personally, the Super Nova move by Sephiroth in FFVII was just one of the most insane moves i've ever seen. He calls a huge bit of energy from the out reaches of the universe to the Milky Way and along the way it destroys most of the other planets in the solar system until it reaches the Sun and it BLOWS UP ON YOUR FACE...kinda...silly really, how does the Earth survive the sun being a metre from it? (I dunno Cloud is just magicman...) ANYWAY. the move is shown in like a 2 minute cutscene of raw awesome. anything to top that?
Ding. I remeber calling up everyone that i knew who had that game and been like DUDE YOUR NOT GONNA BELIEVE HOW TO DO IT! Props to MGs4 for mocking that entire battle. between the bust..and if you try to change controller inputs lmao.Ghostwise said:Easily Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid. When that happened to me, I nearly laughed up my spleen.sgtshock said:Not really a boss, but if you attack Shegorath (or however you spell his name) in the Shivering Isles in Oblivion, he casts a spell on you and tells you to "enjoy the view." You then are teleported approx. 1,000 feet in the air above the island. Right before you hit the ground, you see a big pile of blood and bodies from the other people stupid enough to attack a god.
You mean this one?Strafe Mcgee said:I personally like one of the final bosses from Kingdom Hearts 2 that throws you off into Space, forcing you to cut through buildings in order to make your way back to him. Oh, and that fight at the end where you have to parry thousands of blows before actually killing him. I don't even like Kingdom Hearts but that's awesome.
