I have a strong personal hate for bacon and even the mentioning of bacon. Why? Because people won't shut up about it as though it's a food from God or something and keep trying to shove it down my throat and tell me I am inferior for not eating it and even say my religion is inferior just because it forbids the eating of bacon. Its just another damn food (which compared to other foods just plain sucks) and yet it's pretty much blasphemy to not not like it and I NEVER hear the end of it. With that said you have to remember its done just about as much harm as it has done legitimate good. (Like the decrease of intellectuals in this world and the rise of Wikipedia intellectuals)
I dont think so, because honestly it isnt that hard to imagine existence circa say.. 1986 Its really not that hard to imagine. Perhaps if you were born before it gained widespread acceptance in 1995, sure it might be harder to imagine, but even then its really not all that unfathomable. Dont get me wrong, the net is an insanely important innovation, but shit still got done in 86, going without it really wouldnt change alot of essential things such as the way police, EMS work, air travel, shopping, etc. It mostly has really only changed the way we entertain ourselves and made some things more efficient.The Breadcrab said:
