Any of the songs from this Kamelot concert, it sounds exactly like the recording practically:

I saw a video of Machine Head playing "Halo" live the other day that was pretty damn impressive. Personally, I think Dream Theater's performance of "Beyond This Life" on their Live at Budokan album/DVD is one of the best versions of a song I've ever heard. It's not a strict recreation of the album track, as it includes nearly ten minutes of additional improvisation and band interplay, and is executed flawlessly. That said, I really like hearing Black Sabbath live.

The entirety of Daft Punk's Alive 2007. They're infinitely better live than they are on their albums.

I once heard a live version of Hedon by Dark Tranquility from a concert in Stockholm, those boys know how to rock out with their cocks out!

The live version of Just by Radiohead, it sounds a bit off but seems so right

The Austin City Limits version of the Foo Fighters Monkey Wrench is pretty awesome too.

Also any live song by Rush has never disappointed me.
