If you were able to choose ANY sound in the world (or out of this world) what would the sound be?

The solo to Lynard skynard - freebird would be a nice thing to wake up to get you energised!

That'll wake you up!
Yes, but you'll lose consciousness immediately after... and/ or wake up in the Otherworld. Don't think I'd be able to run from Pyramid Head before I've had my coffee.

I'd prefer the Metal Gear Solid "Alert" noise.

I would give my alarm clock an artificial intelligence and a voice synthesizer. Then I'd have it wake me up by yelling at me and turn it off by having to convince it to turn off. No more falling asleep for me.

I have one in my office that screeches like a monkey. Kind of like this (skip to :31) but it isn't a plushie and it's way louder o_o, .

What would I WANT it to play? The alarm clock I set when I want to wake up at a certain time is my cell-phone. It's easy to set a song as an alarm - so I will usually wake up to all kinds of songs. Theme from Dragon Age:Origins theme, Morrowind theme, Oblivion theme, Super Mario Theme,Tetris themes,Anime theme songs I enjoy..etc. My mornings start out pretty awesome.

That used to be my alarm clock for the longest time.

OT: I can't find it, but it's of GLaDOS saying, "Hello, where are you? I know you're there, I can feel you here. What are you doing? You can't escape you know."

Either Blood Bound by Hammerfall, or a voice that offered me sex if I got out of bed in the next 10 seconds, in Emma Watsons' voice. That'd have me awake and out of bed pretty damn sharpish.

The sound of Jon Hamm and Scarlet Johansson simultaneously suggestively saying 'good morning sweetie.' That would give me a happy start to every single day ;).

The volume would have to be moderately high, but I think this would be an adorable and soothing way to start a day.

Alternatively, Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries". Tell me that wouldn't get you jazzed up for your day!

Solaris Phase 2 from Sonic '06

I've used that on more than one occasion to wake me up. As it's also my phone's ringtone it has woken me up even when I didn't want to. That wasn't an unpleasant awakening though.

Mine would be a recording of a woman talking about wanting to have children and get married. Guaranteed to make me get up and leg it!
