What is the best practical joke you have ever pulled?

Mine are not very complex but still awesome. I pissed in my friends apple vodka. He brought another guy over and they both drank it. Fun times were had

I replaced my friend's insulin with a concentrated sugar solution. He sure didn't see that one coming!

OT: Best actual practical joke we ever pulled required a week of planning and the co-operation of various parents, teachers and an entire friend group. We successfully convinced a girl that her best friend didn't exist. (the best friend was on holiday at the time)

This involved deleting the best friend's facebook account and removing all photographs containing her, removing all trace of her from the girl's house and getting teachers to play along in school - they didn't read out her name in registers and moved someone else into her seat (who insisted that he'd always sat there when questioned by the girl)

When the girl went over to her best friend's house and demanded to see her, the parents of the best friend told her that that was the name they had given to their daughter, who had died aged three.

When we revealed the prank, she was not best pleased.

Cruel, yes.
Elaborate, yes.
Worthwhile, most definitely.

You should have had guys to show up at her house in lab coats with dudes in police uniforms. That would have completed it, either way thats truly epic.

One of my friends walked out of his room to do something and I wrote a batch file on his computer to make the screen flash colors. I then redirected his Firefox shortcut to the file.

He went to Firefox and was immediately confused, which is sad considering his major is computer information systems. I even put the original shortcut in the same directory as the batch file, and he didn't bother trying to fix it. He just looked at me and said, "fix it."

Not too great, but I don't pull big pranks much.
