I'm just going to say NO to Fallout 3 simply cause of the ending.pyrosaw said:Sly Cooper 2.
Jak and Daxter series is fine.
Fallout 3.
KotOR 2 had some darn good writing and storytelling, but not nearly as good as KotOR 1.AlternatePFG said:KOTOR 2 had some pretty good writing all things considered, too bad the rest of the game was such a mixed bag.
Until the last 3rd of the game when they pull the last bit of the story out of their asses.GameMaNiAC said:Indigo Prophecy (known as Fahrenheit in Europe). End of discussion.
Well here's how it see it. KOTOR 1 might have been coherent, but with the Restoration Patch installed, the game explores alot of themes that aren't brought up very often in most Star Wars games. Don't get my wrong, the writing in the first one is top notch too.ESmith23 said:KotOR 2 had some darn good writing and storytelling, but not nearly as good as KotOR 1.AlternatePFG said:KOTOR 2 had some pretty good writing all things considered, too bad the rest of the game was such a mixed bag.
That, and the Mass Effect games, imo.
Aye. Or at least that's the best I've come across.thenamelessloser said:Planescape: Torment

Lucas is all of a sudden undead, he can fly, he fights an ancient Mayan guy disguised as hobo in a midair Dragon Ball Z-esque fight. All while at the same time trying to save the world from AIs from the future? What the Hell?
I did enjoy the first 2/3 of the game, but right at the first mention of "ancient mayan prophecies" and whatnot it started falling apart. Plus what happened to the guy detective (Tyler? I think)? I chose for him to stay around but I still never saw him again. I liked him he was funny.
Oh well, at least Heavy Rain made up for it.
Oh defiantly; you're going to get a lot of Bioware games mentioned, though they are well written I'm very surprised people believe them to be "the best".Random Name 4 said:Perhaps I should have added a no RPG rule, because the answers are always the same.
