The best Christmas gift for me is easy, I would love to be with Tom for Christmas instead of here in the US. He's my fiancé and he lives in the UK. :/ So wish I could have been there, but got a new job and don't have the time yet to take.

Christmas in my family is pretty efficient, since we just e-mail a list to everyone and then coordinate who gets what. makes shopping easier and no one is ever disappointed with gifts.

BUT this year i'm getting my dad a sweet harmonica, something that is not on his list (mostly because i bought it before he sent it out). he was talking to me a while back about how he used to like to play a lot back in the day, but hasn't had one for a long time, so i looked online and found a really good one for $30. pretty sure he'll be pleasantly surprised

as for the best kind of gift i like to get, really anything gaming-, movie-, music-, or book-related pleases me.

Nerdy decorative items/things I will actually use!

ie A lightsaber wall light. EL wire to decorate my room. Games. Books. Dvds. Music (although I prefer vouchers now! People struggle with my prefered music tastes!)

Things I dont like, gizits with no use! Ie Small games and puzzles that last a few minutes and arnt used again!

What I get others: Small simple gifts based on something I know of them! Ie, they drink exotic hot drinks? A tea variety tasting set! etc!
