What is the Glitchiest Video game you've ever played?

Fallout 3's Game of the Year Edition.

It was so buggy and so bad that it would crash or freeze if more than 3 people were on screen.

Bull. Fucking. Shit.

i still freaking love that game but yeah it was glitchy i got to one of the ending parts of mothership zeta but the scripting kept failing

Like so many before me, I would have to say Fallout 3: GotY Edition.
For the PS3.

I mean, this game has the freaking WORKS when it comes to glitches:
- Screen turning black, but the action is still going on.
- Game freezing completely up during loading screens.
- Game freezing up during VATS (although 2/3 of the time, it continues after a minute or two)
- Game slowing down to a frame rate of 10 fps.
- Textures Loading too slowly.
- Getting stuck.
- Glitches that causes NPCs not to act as they should.
- Stuff getting stuck in other stuff and acting all loopy.
- Slowdown in the sound effects.
- Etc.

Most of the time, I just play the game till it freezes up (2 - 3 hours), turn off the console and continue when I stop being frustrated about how messed up the whole thing is.

I'd say Fallout 3, but in a good way. Most glitches in that game are more strange or funny than harmful, eg the flying Deathclaw. That's not to say the game didn't have some bad problems, though. Sometimes the screen glitches up if I look a certain direction.

Invisible War, and Vampire: The Masquerade. Amazingly glitchy games. I played through Invisible War for the storyline (read: to see what Eidos did with it), and V:TM to see what kind of game it was. It... struck me as a very niched game.

After playing the game I can agree. Some of the bugs were ridiculous.

A played the Beta and it was horrible. One of the main problems was the game kept freezing.

Glad to see big rigs up there already... THAT is a glitchy game!!

but other than big rigs (which really is in a class of its own) I'm gonna go with Saint's Row 2 on the PC. It crashes when it feels like it and whenever you get into a vehicle and start moving, the framerate jumps all over the place.
