Half Life 2. I think it's just my copy, but it's trippy.
I had one time that a part of a level didn;t love, so I walked down a staricase ot a city that was just cut off, a whole wide world of purple, and a chair in the middle. Then, when trying to get the Gnome achievment, I accidentally stepped on the gnome and flew off into space. Best. Gnome. EVAR.
Some of the same shit's happened to me on Xbox 360.

Pokemon Red/Blue and Megaman 1 are the glitchiest games I've played, although the glitches only happen if you try to make them happen.

Fallout 3's Game of the Year Edition.

It was so buggy and so bad that it would crash or freeze if more than 3 people were on screen.

Bull. Fucking. Shit.

for the PS3?

it worked alright for me though. the first five minutes after I boot up the game it sometimes freezes in vats for a minute and then the console smooths out. everyone says the pitt is the buggiest add on but it was alright for me (apart from being shit LOL)
Yeah. It could very well be the PS3 version or just the disc I have but it's so goddamn glitchy that it became unplayable after a certain point.

And it was worst with Point Lookout for me.
what !? point lookout was the bestdlc/least glitchiest dlc. how dare you sire

Gothic 3. Biggest disappointment I ever had with a game. Gothic 1 and 2 were so good. And Gothic 3 was horrible.

Ugh your name offends me.

And Saints Row 2 for PC. Once I was driving along a road and someone up in front of me randomly ran someone else off the road for no reason. Once I got stuck in the ceiling during a boss fight, once my gun wouldn't shoot at all... the driving controls are the worst I've ever seen in my entire life (worse than Crysis and Mass Effect put together) and all of the characters run around and constantly get hung up on boxes laying on the ground... but at least it's a fun game.

Most Glitchy: Fallout 3
Most gamebreakingly glitchy: InFamous.

By gamebreakingly glitchy I mean being glitched into walls, stuck in an endless falling position and all that. Still doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the hell out of InFamous though.

for me it had to be puzzle pirates, the game was VERY sensitive to overclocking. the tiniest overclock and the game would freeze or crash, and it was also sensitive to sound card drivers, if you had the wrong driver, the game would bluescreen.

I'm suprised so many people mentioned fallout3 on the PC crashing.

The game has glitches, most often physics glitches where stuff accelerates like crazy, but it has never crashed on me.

Saints row 2 or Gothic3 make far better candidates.

Just Cause 2

There is not much that doesn't glitch in that game. If you play the game for an extremely long time it glitches to the point that everything but the terrain can disappear completely.

I just fininshed Mafia II and

in chapter 14, when you have to pay Bruno back, it wouldn't let me in the door. Turns out if you gathered the money by robbing stores, instead of crushing the cars, the game would throw a fit and wouldn't let you advance. Had to restart the whole mission

Have had glitches on Oblivion where people would attack each other for no apparent reason, and the fact that guards will attack someone whose house you'd just robbed was a bit weird, until I realised it was because they attacked me and I wasn't seen to be stealing anything. Made sense in the end, but still find it weird to this day.

Mass Effect. Mako levels. Would get stuck on little lumps of rock and I wouldn't be able to move. Much prefer the Firewalker levels in Mass Effect 2.

Modern Warfare 2 online. So much fail now, ever since the Stimulus pack screwed up the matchmaking system, and all the glitches were found and more would develop after each patch.
