I always make my kills as epic as possible, so I couldn't really point out any.

Day of Defeat, Avalanche. I was at the top of the church tower, and was very low on ammo, and I heard a couple guys comming up the ladder. I pull out my shovel and kill one, then walk over and hide on a ledge, the other one comes up, moves in front of me and is trying to snipe with his back to me, so I stab him to (Glorious shovel kills). Then a couple grenades got lobed up so I just decide "What the hey", I jump off, with my shovel, see a guy below me, and just crouch and kept swinging. I killed him with a swing to the head right before hitting the ground and dying XP
I was playing Halo 3 on Guardian. I saw someone on the level below me and jumped. While jumping I threw a sticky. It hit the wall, bounced back and landed on my crotch as I landed on the players head. the move has now become known as the Blue Balls Tea-Bag.

Defeated the final boss alone before he could do anything. Tempus Fugit (A global haste self/slow enemies spell) coupled with spamming Disintegrate spell at him. And I used no items while doing this.
Needless to say, I had acquired a Force mastery, halving the energy cost of any Force-based spell. Anyhow, that was the easiest final boss fight of any game, ever, for me. He died in like 12 seconds.
EDIT: Also, in Medal of Honor:Allied Assault multiplayer I once defeated the entire opposing team (no idea who they were) by myself in a 'assault a position and plant bombs' scenario. Five times in a row. The last time using nothing but a pistol.
It took that long for the opposing team (and the rest of my own) to realize that sniper rifles for everyone might not be the best strategy in an urban map...

In Darkwatch, I was surrounded by three Mexican Stereotypes (they have shotguns, and a lot of health) when a run-of-the-mill zombie jumped at me. I stuck him with a Crossbow Bolt (which are like Halo's Sticky Grenades). When I jumped for it he turned around to run, but blew up and took the Mexicans with him.
In Mercs. 2, I sniped General Carmona from the literal edge of visibility (far down the road he takes off down), and got the "Fast and the Dead" achievement, or whatever it's called.
And whenever you "kill" Mehrunes Dagon in Oblivion, the streets run red with...well...Burgundy Blood (kinda).

Using a power sledge in Fallout 3 hitting three heads off of mercenaries (not raiders) but the more hardcore guys with snipers rocket launchers and rifles, of course vats doesn't last as many hits for melee than shooting so it was a manual decapitation seminar, your host Hector Gonzalez.

The other day I was playing Left 4 Dead Versus on Dead Air 4. They had just got past the metal detectors when I spawned as a Tank. I threw a rock at the statue, it broke, the giant ball fell out of the statue's hands and incapped Zoey instantly.
During a Halo 2 LAN game, I was against my brother and a friend of his. My brother was in warthog driving. Suddenly, I've jumped down on him kicked him out. The car hitted him and killed him.
However, before dying he threw a plasma grenade on the warthog. I've jumped out the car, but it still had speed. Fun fact is the warthog was going towards his friend. The warthog blew killing the friend in question within the process.

CoD4, i got 5 kills, then dropped the Air strike taking my streak up to 25... thats right, 20 kills with one air strike. i got it perfectly on top of the current spawn. I finished the match with 34 kills, 3 deaths. i felt it was fairly epic.
Team Fortress 2, I was Rocket Jumping as a Soldier and then killed a spy sneaking up on me, a spy disguised as a pyro next to me, and a scout with our teams intelligence who just walked out of entrance to our base. I proceeded to take out an engineer and his turret as well as a sniper from across the map all within 30 seconds. I should add that this was all completely by luck and it was my 2nd week of playing. Plus, I normally play Scout, but the turret I destroyed wasn't being dealt with.
I'm going to say that the rocket jump triple kill was the best kill I had, but it's follow-up was worth mention.

On the last day of my computer technologies course in High school I got Game winning headshot with a knife because I was a noob who had blown through my main ammo and didn't know any controls, ended up holding the knife and whilst jumping around clipped a guy in the face. and they headshot symbol came up beside the knife.
