Pretty much what it says. In all your gaming/real-life scenarios what do you think is the worst way to go? Is it dying alone, or accomplished while being crushed in a grinder? Me? I think the worst way to go is seeing everyone you hold dear being killed in cold-blood in front of you (punisher-style) and having to seek revenge and now that you know you have avenged your family/friends having no other feeling untill you decide to end it. Anyway, fellow escapists, what do you think?

Betrayal

your most trusted friend and when something doesn't feel right he jumps on you and stabs you continuously with a face of no regret or remorse. Knowing that your friend couldn't be trusted and the pain of that is bad. the knowledge that the 1 person you can talk to and feel safe, on top of you killing you happily. words will never describe the pain of Betrayal

Mental, emotional and spiritual are much harder to face then physical

Being eaten alive by a massive swarm of zombies... While the zombies are all on fire... Yeah that's probably it.

You ever seen The Hitcher.

That part with Jennifer Jason Leigh and the truck.

Alone realising that during youre life you were never once truly happy.
Also since you stay concious for several minutes after getting beheaded... I would say getting youre body and head separated.

Fatal radiation poisoning. It can take days or weeks to die and your organs slowly fail and skin blister and is horrifically painful.

Basically how Daniel Jackson died (the first time)

Severe radiation sickness. Knowing that you're dead, but living for up to 2 weeks with, quote, 'Nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever, dizziness and disorientation, weakness/fatigue, hair loss, bloody vomit and stools, infections, poor wound healing, low blood pressure'. Basically the last week of your life would really, really suck. Spare a thought for Japan/Chernobyl.

Having some of your skin torn off, then having sponges covered with salt and vinegar strapped to those parts where the skin is off.

While being buried in cement.

Acid. Just acid. Especially if you were slowly lowered into it feet first.

Or if a giant ant spat it at you.

being buried alive in a coffin or another such box. Why? Well...it's got many elements to it. Mental because of the claustrophobia and the inability to move very much. The helplessness, the fear. then there is the physical elements of starvation, oxygen deprivation, the overwhelming, smothering heat, it's a horrible and very slow way to go. You get to consider what's going to happen to you, get to imagine it all alone.

Hmmmm...this sounds suspiciously like something I heard on Radio 4. On So Wrong It's Right specifically, though I can't remember if it was Charlie Brooker or Rufus Hound. My main concern here is that someone else loves that show too.

I'm going to go with Hellraiser hooks. If you don't know what that means, watch the first 5 minutes of that film and you'll see it (and please no-one point out that Frank doesn't strictly die, he's certainly not alive after it).
