I've got to go with "Arrow In The Knee". It's like the "Cake Is A Lie" except it spread even more quickly so everyone was using it after a couple of days.
I do love a bit of "Fus Ro Dah" though with various things being "pushed".

Absolutely 'Cake is a lie'.
It doesn't even mean anything.
At least 'arrow to the knee' kinda means something, that you stopped doing something, and you need to add stuff to it.
'Cake is a lie' was just thrown around randomly, even if cakes weren't mentioned.
I hate the kind of memes most that don't bring anything to the discussion and don't even have anything to do with it.

Well, I'm not exactly what you could call a fan of memes in general, of any description. But yes, I'd probably have to say Skyrim's "arrow" meme... nothing funny in it at all, never was. Maybe.. maybe I just don't understand memes, I'm not sure, but to me there is nothing funny about repeating something to the point where it no longer fucking means anything.
Overused/Annoying? Isn't that the point of them?

2. Do a barrel roll. It was annoying the first time. Still hear it every week.
3. All your base. Overused as all hell.
4. Arrow to the knee, Still newish but annoying me already. Doubt its staying power though.

Memes are often just "Easy jokes" because when there is something where you have to think a little before you post it then there are nearly no chance for it to catch on.
