So everyone has experienced it, but what was just hands down you're most painful experience ever.
For me, that would be stepping on a nest of bullet ants when I was on a holiday near Panama. I have never felt anything like it and I'm confident that I will never such pain again. Within the first second you feel like your feet is going through a meat grinder, seconds later it climbed to the rest of my leg, and felt like it was being pierced by hot rusty nails from the inside. and it will not stop to hurt, it will hurt for hours and hours. two days after the incident it finally started to go numb and but also started shaking uncontrollably and that lasted for at least another week.

So that's my story, what's yours?

Breaking my collar bone. Holy Shit, not only was breaking it awful, but I had to support it or my arm would just droop causing the deltoid to tear. I WALKED to the hospital with my arm elevated... I was in shock for hours...

Gout. It's like a small gnome sitting on top of your foot and pounding a dull rusty railroad spike into the base of your big toe for about four days. (There are medications to reduce the effects, but they're a tiny bit dangerous.)

Appendicitis. I was throwing up for hours until I got the bloody thing removed in emergency surgery.

Maybe the time I simultaneously broke my right wrist and sprained my left wrist when I was 12. Or maybe the holiday in Sardinnia when i swallowed too much salt water. I vomited a few times and for a couple of days had a strange feeling of being both hungry and unwilling to eat at the same time. To this day the back of my mouth tastes salty as if there's a big drop of salt water there. It's happening now, this tastes awful.

I doubt either of those are as bad as your bullet ant experience though.

well this thread was bound to lead to some depressing tales of pain, so here it goes: the time my father beat me with a baseball bat. broke several bones in several places.

An oil burn to my wrist. I was putting a pan of salmon in the oven when it splashed back onto me. The hot oil and fish fat made the skin drip from my wrist like melting plastic.

Hard to say. Definitely nothing as bad as some of the stuff in this thread. Probably either the time my friend chucked a basketball at me and hit me in the balls or the time I flew over my handle bars on my bike and fucked up my arm. Nothing broken but it was hard to use for the next week or so. Also ruined my bike and scraped up my arms/hands and face. It was funny to see the face on the girl in the store though when I went in and asked to use the bathroom.

Tripped while on a run in grade 7, fell face first onto some large rocks, and tore my left cheek open. It was deep enough to see cheek bone and took a wack of stiches to close it. Th only good thing was that I was young enough that there is almost no scar now (Im 26).

I had a stage light dropped on my head while helping setup for a gig at my college.

I was very lucky not to crack my skull :S

Physical pain, probably me having my chin scraped against thirteen feet of pavement. I still have the chin scar that keeps facial hair from growing in properly.

Limb reconstruction surgery on my right ankle. That's when they break the bone, put wires and bolts into my foot and shin, hold it in place with 2 frames connected by screws which moved my ankle while painkillers did nothing. Oh and I got an infection too.

When i nearly broke my finger in half, it wasnt the breaking itself, they had to drill and put a plate into my finger to hold it and immediately after the surgery when i woke up, i had to start exercising it.
It felt like my finger was badly bruised and as if a man was stamping down on it with studs

I get cluster headaches. Not for nothing are they known as "suicide headaches". I feel like someone's trying to stab my eye with a shish kebab skewer...from the inside.
