What is the most realistic game you know?

So, I saw the thread on "Most unrealistic game", and am wondering, are there any seriously realistic games out?
BTW, realism in that it is following real functions accurately, not having cars filled with depleted uranium and graying down the graphics.

I would have to go with the sports games. Gran Turismo 4 I remember looking particularly crisp.

There was an old Samurai fighting game for the PSX, forget the name, but it was brutal. Since you were fighting with swords, one shot always killed. And if you picked the smallest guy and the biggest sword, he couldn't lift it so you just had to stand there and die.

ArmA 2,Operation Flashpoint, and Microsoft Flight Simulator are all very realistic games. The countless hours I spent in all three learning how to pilot a heli or airplane attest to that.

The Sims n Sims 2 definetly. Or Realism 2 Revenge of the Realists?

EDIT: S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky is pretty realistic actually as yahtzee said. Except for the mystical quicksave key your character has. It's pretty cool.

but I think sims is what reminds you of painful reality
