What is the most time you have spent/lost in a single game?

I used to play an old Piranha Club game (game based on the comic Piranha Club). the game didn't have a -save- option and demanded about an aftenoon to play through. However during a difficult part of the game I left it running on the PC only to come back learning that my mother had turned the whole thing off. The worst part is that I was almost finished. When I played through the game the next day it took me less than 15 minutes to complete the game after getting to where I stopped the day before.

I've played through 100% about 25 times now.

Played FF7 round a friends and leveled up all my chocobos to level A in the racing arean so i could get the gold chocobo and *BAM* prick of a friend turned the game off cause it was *Trippin him out* WTF!!!

Borderlands save got corrupted that was bout 2-3 days lost

but i found a save game of the character on my memory card which had just finished the game so that was about an hour in so i only lost about 2 days
