What is the most ugly thing you've ever seen in a game? (Character, monster... anything)

There are certainly a lot of really ugly mugs in the games industry these days. They are mostly the villains like say the residants of Silent Hill. Some of them are so ugly I just want to look away and others are so disgusting I want to vomit until my guts are empty. For me this has to go to the creatures from Dead Space (though admittedly now that I'm used to them they don't scare me as much) because they were just SOOO hideous and so vile.
I understand why there are ugly enemies, it's to make them look more intimidating by being unpleasant to look at. Some game enemies or characters are just ugly for the sake of ugly like the Locust in Gears of War... though that was also to make them look like 'the bad guys'.

But enough of my rambling noise... what is the ugliest thing, character, enemy anything that you've ever seen in a game?

also euryale in GoW. she wasnt even fat in the greek mythology, so why did they make her that way?.

Ignoring the fact that graphical improvements have made it possible to create even more detailed ugliness/beauty, I'd have to say that the ugliest thing I've seen in a game was probably the Deerhaunter.

Serious answer: probably The Thing from Resident Evil 4... or Super Mutant Behemoths in Fallout 3. They have trash cans as part of their bodies, for God's sake.

There's these monsters in Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, made of four skinned human torsos stitched together. It walks on the hands of three upside down torsos, and has the fourth upright to attack. It moves around kind of like a spider. I can't find a pic, but that thing is the epitome of ugly.
