Well, besides turning my room into a nerd cave, I'd say incorperating video games and H.P. Lovecraft into one of my songs....NO YOU CAN'T HEAR THEM. I also have a Malkavian costume for next halloween.

I'd say my collection of 4E books and having been the DM in several custom D&D campaigns likely takes the cake.

However, I've also got in the habit of testing MTG decks against one another to see how they play. I've done this so much that I started a league to record the results in order to better build and tweak the decks. Of course to an outsider looking in...I'm essentially just playing magic one player which is both nerdy and sad.

beside reading this site for 1-6 hours...well not daily, but every so often, depending on mood and the time, it was probably when i told a random guy, sitting near me, where he finds the last secret on TR 2's first level.

Yeah.

I once did a book report about how an author used placing a story in a foreign country helped drive home the theme about Superman Red Son. Did I mention it was for Honors English.

This is a tough question for me however it's easily where my username comes from.
I was once in a punk rock/ska band
ages ago
that was called 'the deck of many things' our songs were mostly about D&D.

It was truly sad.

(PS this was loooong before penny-arcade made a joke about tycho being in a similar band... hell i think it was before penny-arcade existed)
Not trying to be the bad guy, but how is it tough question, as well as easy?

For me, it was probably when I was in class at Uni and the teacher said something incorrect. I promptly stood up and said "Objection!"

Um...
Wrote fan-fiction and made fan-art for a Rifts (the pen-and-paper RPG) campaign that I WAS RUNNING.

I also once had sex with someone because their final project for ceramics was a giant Aperture Science symbol.

A few friends and i made pacman and ghost costumes and had our end of high school muckup photos taken in them, then we rampaged through the school chasing after pacman while the person wearing the pacman suit would run through football fields and steal soccer balls and we'd all chase after. Then we alternated costumes so that people could take a break and the chase continued for over an hour. I am now doing BA in Interactive Entertainment with a major in Games Programming, the geekiness shall never die.

Me and some friends turned the main field on campus into a giant board game of our own design. It involved rolling giant D20s (which we made ourselves) and than completing an action/competition/trivia depending on the number you rolled. I was red proctor, which meant i dressed up in a red shirt, had a red cape, and carried a (real) red viking-style shield. When players reached the end they had to wait until "a new challenger appeared", than swordfight them for victory. The prize for winning the board game was, no joke, a 22 pound gummi bear, made by me the night before. (by the way, the trivia was mostly about sci fi television, mythology, pirates, and general nerdiness)

i have been also been intricately involved with the planning of a pirate vs ninja boffing battle that occurred during the schools recruitment drive
