At a Barnes and Noble store, when the last Harry Potter book was being released, some adults wearing robes and holding fake wands shouted spells at each other, basically acting out a wizard duel. I wished I had a camera phone at that moment..

In clubs whenever they play the song Parklife by Blur me and my mate change it to Half Life and make random lyrics up about walking round Black Mesa with crowbars...man we get some weird looks. Also we made a rap to Battlestar Galactica...possibly nerdiest thing ever!!

Probably my own group of friends! We were sitting outside having a BBQ shortly after The Dark Knight came out. We all got sore throats from yelling:

"WHERE ARE THEY!"

and

"I'M NOT WEARING HOCKEY PADS!"

---

Also the average attendance at London's horror film festival "Fright Fest" makes me feel like such a well balanced human.

Waiting for a friend outside the main hall (a central location) on our uni campus so we could go into town (its the main enterance to the chemistry labs and the psychology labs). Some random chem students come out and do a whole load of harm to the "chem students arnt all geeks" statement. About 15 of them came out saw it was raining, got an mp3 player out playing street fighter-esque music and started pretend fighting saying which character they were and then they started naming final fantasy characters. This was all happening about a foot away from me and a loads of people were walking past:/

Yeah dude but...Risk is actually really fun.
As for me, the nerdiest thing ever? No idea. I'd like to come up with something eventually though because I'd wanna set the standard for "ultra-geeky".

My friend said that shotguns were useless. I then quickly proved how useful they are for getting rid of annoying people who are talking and standing in front of me.

I know what he said wasn't actually geeky or nerdy but it's the closest thing that i have.

I'm sorry, but I just cannot stand for it when the English dubs of my favorite shows were so DESPERATE to match the lip movements that they turned half of the dialog into Engrish.
'Your princess is I?' WHAT? WHAT?

...And when I saw the commercials for Repo! the Genetic Opera and learned that one of the bad guys wears women's faces, I went on a forum with my Repo-loving friends and yelled that he was a trap.

I have met the living avatar of nerdiness. He wears glasses, has acne, has the stereotypical nasaly nerdy voice, etc...

If you took every nerd cliche you know of, combined them together, and brought them to life Frankenstien style you would have something aproaching the nerdiness of this guy.

While my reasons are less purist, I must congratulate you on your power level.

I was once explaining to my friends the difference in transfers between TCP/IP and UDP. I then explained to them why TCP combined with IP and the advantages of it. I finished off by pointing out different everyday items that use the UDP. All while thinking that they were interested in my every word and that I was making a conversation that people would listen to.

Then there are the many. many rants I just make up on the spot and have told my Mum and friends.
