What is the nerdiest or geekiest thing you have ever heard or seen?

For me my personal favorite is from a friend of mine.

"I don't like gaming character and world designs...I would rather play text based games so I can imagine in my mind, my characters, and the worlds and interactions how I would see them."

So what is your moment. It can be a quote, picture, or even just a thought on what you think is the nerdiest, geekiest thing you can think of. Anything is welcome. I am trying to get some ideas for something I want to write. Thanks all.

my Year 9 media and multimedia teacher used to design text based adventure games in the 80's

LOL that is exactly what he does...but it isn't the 80's anymore. I remember playing a couple on my dad's old apple computer as well. For me it was just to time consuming and not much action.
