We will become stronger and larger. I have an article about it lying around somewhere, but I can't be bothered to look for it.
Edit: Whoa, thread necro.

Next step would be the extinction of human race. Either we get wipe off the face of the earth or we evolve into something no longer human.

We do not 'evolve' as such anymore. Someone with a severe health disorder is very likely to survive nowadays (Albeit in poor conditions; I don't mean to take away from the people suffering), and, as such, the genes are often passed down. On the other side of the coin, having an advancement (Strong heart, better eyesight, etc) presents no real "advantage" on the reproduction field, as we do not need to defend against predators or scavenge for food.
That said, I suppose in a really remote tribal colony evolution could well take place.
Some, however, consider technological advancements to be our new 'evolution'. In this case, there is little limiting our advancement. The Laws of Physics are our only barrier, and god knows how stable even those are.

I don't think humans will evolve much more. We have become adept at changing our environment to suit us, rather than the other way around. Any changes that do happen will probably through deliberate genetic modification.

our pupils will be a bit dilated

yes that's it

OT: I don't believe that this is something one can simply guess at or estimate without significant knowledge of the subject, so I'll just be honest and say that I haven't the slightest.

All of a sudden I think about a trainspotting quote that goes something like: "One thousand years from now.." But all in all, I think that humans will be a bit longer and very slim due to machines doing all the work for them and if we will stil be that smart, I hope so.
