What is the Origin of your Username or Avatar?

Well, my username is actually my real name. Mr S: Max Robert S...
And for my avatar, most guys I know are assholes to girls, and as far as I know, I am the last gentleman in existence.

Which means I'm a nice guy, last girlfriend broke up with me for being too nice :s
Luckily, the current girl I'm dating doesn't have a problem with it

Username- Couldn't think of anything else at the time. I was listening to Carpathian Forest and thinking about making muffins, so I felt the two would be a perfect mix.

Avatar- Fumika from Shigofumi. It just amused me when her ordinarily placid and indifferent facade was broken by a cat hopping on her shoulder.

Username is the prefix "ambi-" which means "both ways." I couldn't really think of a better one and I was ambivalent, so I though it'd work.

As for my avatar, church had just finished and I was milling around outside waiting for my parents. I found a patch of clover and looked for a four-leafed one. I found one and I liked it so I took a photo of it.

Maybe I should change it. It looks like I was going for a St. Patric's Day theme but was a couple of weeks late.

I honestly can't remember the number of the chapter, but when Adalon (the big angry white mommy dragon) Tells you to infiltrate the drow city, she suggests (or does she simply say your name is now this? Jebus it's been a few years now) the drow name Vornek.

I liked it, it was in a game (nay THE game) and it was drow...I had an unhealthy attra...thing for the drow and the society in general.

Used it as a username on a site, and surprised that NOONE has ever used it on any internet site at all...so far. Which surprised me, and still surprises me, seeing as this looks to be a favorite game of most rpg fans. (At the least that's the impression I have.)

Yes it might be at a tie or slightly below Planescape: Torment, I don't know

But ah well. That means i can use Vornek all over, yay!

Username's actually my first name. Used to be UsernameBirthDate but that felt too immature after a while.

let's see origin of user name: some young girl (maybe 9 yrs old) saw my face and just said out loud that i had a face like a dinosaur, later that day i told some of the people in my math class and one of them then gave me the nickname Dinosaur Face since then it's stuck,
for my avatar i just chose a picture of philosoraptor since it fits pretty well with the name.

My user name came from one of the creatures I made in Spore. The creature was called a "scorpatious". When I decided to create a Youtube account, I decided to use that name. I then accidentally added a 't' within the name, which created "scorptatious". Ever since, I've used that name for pretty much every online site, forum, and game I go on. (Except XBOX Live)

As for my avatar, it's Vivi from Final Fantasy 9. And Kingdom Hearts 2 if you played that. He's pretty much my favorite character in that game. Not to mention my favorite black mage type of character.

Although I may change my avatar soon, I tend to change very frequently for those who have known me on this site for a while.

I was a big dude around 280lbs. I started learning Wushu with a friend near my college and everyone was calling me the KungFu Panda. Ive always loved Pandas and it was one of my favorite big guy nick names of all time. Its become my call sign on many sites now.

Only now Im a fit Panda who intimidates the crap outta people.

I had a friend who ran a private server for the MMO Conquer. In that game there were 135levels, and you could reborn and do it all over again. Twice. To add to that effect there were also like 7 different levels of gear, and like 12 armor slots that each could have slots for jewels. Jewels also had various rarities.

I got to be a max level character with all max gear since I was basically an admin. The game is PvP anywhere, and I was capable of 1 hitting anyone on the server and taking 1's from everyone on the server. Oh and I had over 50k health.

So I was the god of the server, hence god of all you. Pretty fun considering the server actually had like 120 active players.

The day I made my Escapist account, I had went to breakfast with my Dad. I had ordered a Bacon Waffle just because it sounded good. It. Was. Amazing. They had bacon already INSIDE THE WAFFLE. Ingenious.

When I finally considered my Username, the thought of crunchy yet fluffy pastries filled my mind, and the rest is history.

As for my avatar, I stumbled upon it and thought it was cool.
