Mmm.... probably Suikoden and Theme Hospital for Playstation.
Earthbound, with the box, for SNES.

Out of all of the games I own, I would have no idea about "rarity" beyond those. =/ (I could have a gem and not know it. lol)

The rarest one that I have (that I know as being rare) is Eternal Darkness. Damn fine game too.
EDIT: I also have a special Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask cartridge that's a special edition (Gold coloring and special title label)

Final Fantasy 9.

I'm guessing it was mostly ignored because it isn't like FF7 or FF8. I was very lucky to have found my copy because a week later the website I got it from no longer had it and it were the last copies.
I have FF7, FF8 and, FF9 all in their original PS packages.

If imports count, I'd like to chip in with these:

JUMP Ultimate Stars (NDS)
Pokemon Soul Silver (Japanese import)
Hokuto no Ken: Hokuto Shinken Denshomono no Michi (NDS)
To Love Ru: Toki Doki Renkaigakku-Hen (PSP)

I consider these rare because I am living in the U.S. very close to DC which is about as far away from Japan as an American can be. Other than that I also have Resident Evil 2 on the Nintendo 64 (with original box), Resident Evil: Director's Cut and 3 (PS with original case) and Pokemon Red (Original Box still around here somewhere...)

Mine would be the Shadow Of The Colossus, paper box version with art cards. Not sure how many of them remain. I also have the Tie Fighter Collectors Edition CD, not sure how rare they are anymore.

I suppose I could consider Colony Wars one and two rare, I never hear anybody mention them anymore so... anyone else consider Colony Wars a rare title.
They're on Playstation one btw.

Starcraft on the N64, it's not mine but a relative owns it and that is by far the rarest game I can vicariously lay claim to.
But personally I would say the original (and far better) Conkers Bad Fur Day.

I have Operation wolf on the old-school floppies (not 3.5", the BIG ones!). Anyone remember that game from the arcade?

I also have a copy of Metal Fatigue. It's not that great, but it's good for a quick skirmish every now and then.

well i have a near perfect copy of ff7, literally the smallest scratch (if you can even callit that) on disc one and two, the 3rd disc is perfect, and i have the manual with the original case.

besides that i've sold a bunch of other rare games...i once sold a sega genesis game of thomas the tank engine for 45 bucks to my local game store..apparently they hadn't gotten a copy of it in more then 7 years and people had been asking for a copy all around the state
