Operation Wolf on 5 1/4 inch floppy, Afterlife, original SimAnt, SimFarm and SimCity. That would be the rarest ones i still have.

The three that come to mind in my collection are Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Legends 2, and Body Harvest. Although they don't feel that rare because I pretty much got new copies of all of them when I did buy them (actually, Body Harvest had been a gift years ago, but then less years ago I was cleaning up, accidentally fell over and landed on a case with my N64 stuff, the only thing to be damaged aside from the case was that my Body Harvest cartridge broke; luckily I was able to find a new copy still in the plastic wrap online to replace it).

They're probably much harder to find today, though.

EDIT: And possibly the GBA version of Doom 2, that's probably hard to get now (I recall it being hard to get when it came out).

I have a gold cartridge Zelda Ocarina of Time on N64 around somewhere. Found it at a charity shop of all places.

I don't know what my rarest game is, but one of my best friends has an original still shrink-wrapped copy of Tetris for the original Game Boy. Perfect condition.

pffft. I don't have any rare games. Hmmm... I dare you to go find Maths And English With Rayman Vol.3 actually. I've got one of the Heroes Of Might And Magic 3 spinoffs, Heroes Chronicles: Warlords Of The Wastelands, but I don't know if that's rare at all. Zeus: Master Of Olympus? Mech Commander Gold? Lego Creator? MGS1,2,3 and 4?

Oh yeah, shit. I forgot about the N64 with Conker's Bad Fur Day.

Also, Rule of Rose and Haunting Ground. Haunting Ground took me ages to track down.
