As far as films that are supposed to make you cry, Forrest Gump.
And as far as a film that isn't supposed to make you cary, but damn well made me...
Wallace and Gromit, the Curse of the Were-Rabbit. That's right. It's be the penultimate scene, and let's avoid spoilers and just say that a beloved character of my childhood seemed to die.

EDIT: Damn, forgot A.I. That was a real tear-jerker/sensual assault. I was crying, then I was 'WTF ALIENS', then I was crying again.

'virgin' while it was only an 'ok' film it certainly was sad

A young girl loses her viriginity by getting drunk the first time then being gang raped. She becomes preggers but doesn't remember the rape so begins telling people it's an immaculate conception. This doesn't not sit well with her evangelical parents and school. Her life becomes a living hell.

Pretty damn depressing.

Well good for you, but I don't see how that's relevant to the topic at hand.

I think you mean bawling.
Edit'd

OT: I didn't actually cry, but the end of We Were Soldiers did make me a little sad.

I've never cried at the end of any movie, but I know some movies that made me really sad.

The ending of Click where he sees the last time he saw his father, some time during Finding Neverland (I forget where) and at the end of Marley and Me. I've actually been in that scenario where your dog is only hanging on by a thread and you have to say goodbye before she/he is put down.

Knockin' On Heavens Door, a German movie about two cancer patients who want to see the ocean for the first and last time.
It's sad and funny. Very good movie.

The whole movie is depressing as hell, but I still didn't cry once. Then the scene where he breaks down at the end comes along... That is so powerful, seeing Schindler crying because he could have saved a handful more if he only sold his ring, his car etc. I didn't even notice that I was crying right away, the tears was just streaming down my face.

When they are carrying him out as he is dying. The music and him seeing his family really sets the mood there.

Yes, Watchmen. Even though I knew it would happen, and I have read the comic so many times, the scene where Rorschach dies brought a tear to my eye. Mostly because Jackie Earle Haley did the best acting performance I have ever seen in that scene.

Other movies that have brought a tear to my eye: Cast Away, A.I., Green Mile, Wall-E, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind etc. The list goes on :p

Just about all of the three season endings from the new series I have seen. Especially the two first. The whole "You where fantastic! And you know what? So was I!" bit when the Ninth Doctor dies... Eccleston is a great actor. I miss his smile :(
And when the Tenth Doctor loses Rose. Heartwrenching. Then you got the double episode Human Nature/The Family of Blood. Those two episodes proved to me once and for all that Doctor Who is the best TV-series there is. So emotional and powerful. Makes me tear up just thinking about it.

And to all of you who have never cried or even teared a bit up because of a movie... I feel sorry for you :(
