God I know what you mean, so strong, so fast.... they are unstoppable. Seriously whenever I fought them or tried running away from them I just knew I was delaying the inevitable... they were GOING to kill me.
Besides to add to their scariness, they look like a cross between a dinosaur and Satan.

I made those things go extinct in that game

But the most scary game monster for me was probably the regenerators from RE4, it was so hard to see them but you could hear that raspy breath keep getting closer and closer, and most of the time, I didn't have ammo for the rifle to be able to shoot their weak points.
But to me, the scariest things are the ones you don't see until the very last second.

God damn I hated those things. Although I have to say It from RE4 was by far the scarist thing.
