The first zombie on the RE1 remake, the graphics were so good I could practically see his sweat pores! I was like twelve and after seeing that it took me about a month to work up the courage to keep playing. Yes I am a huge coward.
Mine would be nemesis from resi 3- that thing scared me so much the first time it jumps through the window at you- i unloaded ALL of my machine gun ammo at it. even when it was dead on the floor, i was still shooting til my gun was empty

No monster really scares me, unless it pops up. Then I get startled. This is what happened in Fallout 3 once:
I was playing and sneaking around stealing stuff in a house; I stand up, open the door... Some lady walks in the room I was in and was about to say something. Next thing I know; she has no head and I'm down one bullet.

While those really helped add to the effect of the fact that you're being attacked by a zombie dragon, a mutant eel, and a shapeshifter respectively, I didn't find them truly terrifying. The only part that really scared me was the ambush in the Restricted Lab, where the SA-X just comes in and starts blowing shit up, because I really sucked with the space jump and the metroids kept getting in the way. But the most Ridley's screams did was make me turn the volume down. And the SAX cornered me a lot, true.Kingsman said:
