To quote a VERY pissed off Alex Mercer...
"NOTHING WILL SAVE YOU FROM ME! NOT MEN! NOT WEAPONS! NOT ARMOUR!!!!"
He then proceeds to SERIOUSLY fuck someone's shit up. When you look at that quote in-context,it's VERY scary.
When that line came up in the game it sent shivers down my spine, followed by the smug satisfaction that someone was going to get exactly what they had coming. But you really cant get the same feeling taking the quote out of context.

"Well I got to tell you, I'd be very careful who you talk to about that, because the person who wrote it is dangerous and this button-down, Oxford-cloth psycho might. Just. Snap and then stalk from office to office with an Armalite AR10 carbine gas powered semi-automatic weapon. Pumping round after round into colleges and co-workers. Now, this maybe someone you've known for years. Someone very, very close to you."

~The Narrator (Tyler's words coming out of my mouth)

Fight Club.

There's this other one I remember, but I can't remember where it's from:

"Locked in here with you? No, my friend, you've got it backwards; it is you who are locked in here with me."
That's Watchmen.

OT: "You're not afraid of the dark are you?"

Ah Riddick, you creepy bastard!

Possibly even more creepy out of context. Have a pint on me if you get the refference.
Oh, man...Dennis Hopper as Frank Booth in Blue Velvet was one scary ************.

There are a few I like:

"Do it"? Dan, I'm not a Republic Serial villain. Do you seriously think I'd explain my master-stroke if there remained the slightest chance of you affecting its outcome? I did it thirty-five minutes ago. (Ozymandias, from the Watchmen graphic novel)

"The fear of blood tends to create fear for the flesh". (from the beginning of the original Silent Hill game)

Lastly, the opening to the album Prowler in the Yard by the band Pig Destroyer is terrifying in context, but it probably looses something outside of the recording:

Jennifer wrestled her friend playfully to the ground in front of the snow-cone stand and began licking at the girls eyeballs, as if they were sugar cubes. Their bodies convulsed and flailed with an almost seizure-like intensity. At times their pale limbs seeming to shift back and forth from one torso to the other. A crowd gathered almost immediately to watch these two girls tie and untie their bodies like a pair of pit-vipers. They were confused, or concerned, or shocked, or aroused, or all of the above. But no-one dared interfere with the performance. Jennifer's long ashen hair hung down concealing the girls face like a curtain around a hospital bed. No one had any idea that the girls eyes were revolving under her ruby tongue.
"This is disgusting, it's pornography!" exclaimed a pasty slut white woman in a fur coat,
vanilla ice-cream smeared across her double chin like a money shot.
Counting a balding professor type in his mid-forties, his left hand stuffed crassly down the
front of his pants "No, no, no. This is beautiful, this is art."

This is what they say I said when they found me in the blackness after three hours; found me crouching in the blackness over the plump, half-eaten body of Capt. Norrys, with my own cat leaping and tearing at my throat.

Cookie for the reference.

I'm surprised that I didn't see this up here, but glad someone already put up the abyss comment from Nietzsche

From the poem Antigonish by Hughes Mearns:

"Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn?t there
He wasn?t there again today
I wish, I wish he?d go away..."

If you need a movie, the best lucifer that ever was and probably ever will be...
