Can't think of any of my own right now, but my partner recently ran out of diesel in the campervan we took to Europe. Rest of us told him to get a bit of fuel at one of the motorway petrol stations, but he kept going as he thought he had just enough to get to where we were going. Ended up having to come off the motorway a bit early and running out of diesel, fortunately on the forecourt of a French petrol station, and just in range of the pump.

Don't think he'll be doing that again in a hurry.

Not sure. Signing the wrong places on forms multiple times, shaking dishes or cups to partially dry them and accidentally breaking them on the sink every now and then, taking inconvenient paths, failing my learner's licence test the first time, putting off multiple important things for inane entertainment, trying to walk down a water slide (I was younger, okay), 13km hike on various terrains with no shoes...

I jumped off the top of a double decker bed when I was 7 because I thought I could fly.

Didn't end very well.
I did that too. I had these fabric things off the couch which I tried to twirl around to become like a helicopter.

I coss the street when there is a car driving close by. I did cross it but the car did had to brek for me. The reason for my foolish action was back then I was having arguement with a mate who was also there at that time (I want to get away from him).

When I was around 5 years old I moved a chair closer to the fire because I was cold. The chair, luckily, got away with having a huge scorch mark down one side and I was saved the lecture I would've gotten had I burnt the house down.
