I once had to tackle a guy with a big floppy goiter hanging off his neck it was probably 1/2 square foot of boogery, matted, skin. Then I saw his hand was covered with worts. Which freaked me out cuz I was putting handcuffs on him so I touched his hand before I saw it.

Side note: He had a tattoo of picasso's 'old guitarist' on his back.

The page on Encyclopaedia Dramatica full of Shock images (dead bodies, mutilated people, infections, and... videos). Nothing has ever made me so repulsed in all my life, and I can no longer watch a violent film without being reminded of the video I saw there. It was beyond horrific.

Needless to say, I don't browse ED any more.

its strange but you carry on watching.

I found it really disturbing too, but I still looked, it actually makes me really sad that some of those images were created by people, some very disturbed people. Makes my despair for humanity, alot of people believe that we are the great society of the world, above animals... but with people like that, no.... no we are not.

"Ugly" is hard to see for me. When I react it's usually something that is repulsing, not ugly. I define ugly as aesthetically unpleasing, which means the ugliest I've seen is most likely some lady without a sense of fashion. I can't remember any situations that compete for being the "worst" though.
