well, since i've been playing it recently (for the first time in my life) and lacking anything else jumping to mind, probably also a side effect of following game, i'd have to say
Postal 2.
this is one of the few games where "watering" people was possible (alongside conker's bad fur day and two other games i can't recall right now) and you could use cats as silencers. i mean, that has to be worth something (tho my gf doesn't like me splattering cat innards across the mall o_O ).

I know I have a weirder game, but until I think of it...Armed & Dangerous. I loved that game. It had a gun that shot sharks...and the sharks swam through the ground and ate the enemies. The corkscrew mine or whatever was freaking sick as hell too. You stuck it into the ground and held on for dear life as you turned the whole world upside-down.

That game was awesome. And weird. Felt so much like Monty Python. I loved it!

I think it was called the Graveyard? Hold on, googling...

Yup, check this shit [http://tale-of-tales.com/TheGraveyard/].

Not sure if it can really be called a game. You control (in the demo) a very slow moving old lady, who walks around a graveyard, listens to some music, then leaves. Also, the buying of the full version is genius. It costs $5, and the only thing that it gives you is the possibility of death by heart attack. It's weird.

But, tale of tales other game charmed the FUCK out of me. It's a mmorpg screensaver, where you control a deer with a human face in a beautiful forest, full of other users. You can't talk to each other, only communicate with other deer through your magic and dancing.

Definitely any Katamari game. Also any Suda 51 game is up there... and the premise of Elite Beat Agents can't be ignored...

But probably right now, Excite Trucks. I mean, a racing ladybug playing poker... or a racing grasshopper hitting a soccer ball into a net only to throw a dart a few seconds later and getting tambourine power ups before bowling your bug into pins and then turning into a running robot might qualify it as the weirdest game I've played.
