Superman 64 still holds the place of worst game ever as far as I am concerned, it not only bombarded me with broken controls, broken gameplay and insipid graphics but molested the Superman name at the same time and on the same platform in which Goldeneye proved that games with licenses can be good.

Mario party 4: had unbalanced mini-games, bad pacing, bad AI, ect.

Resident evil: Controlling the main characters was impossible. The bad camera meant I couldn't find a zombie only two feet away.

Smuggler's Run... "Hey guys i have an idea! Lets have a game where you're a buggy and you drive around the forest delivering bags of crack! And get this! There are people chasing you!"... i honestly would rather have the devil crap into a bowl and then have to eat the contents of that bowl, than have to complete that game.

little britain the videogame, my friend bought it for a joke.....we wernt laughing for long :'(
I'm from montreal and Had no idea what Little Britain was but then.. We got the game at the games testing place I was at and I had to do testing on it for about a month and a half... for the last 3 weeks also had to do weekends... Sad Sad Times...

As a previous poster said. If games like Halo are you WORST GAMES EVARZZZ then you seriously need to play more games. Now I don't own any Halo games and I don't really like them and have only played maybe an hour total of multiplayer but they are in no way the worst game ever. I know everyone is aloud their own opinion but your sucks.

The great thing about being a child gamer was never reading reviews or being influenced by hype, ALWAYS choosing a game based on its cover and enjoying pretty much any game no matter how bad.
But when i bought DRAGONS LAIR for the NES, i hated it almost immediately. Nothing could have prepared me for it.now it's become infamous as one of the worst games ever made.
I thought he graphics and sound were good tho ;)

Probably Worms 3D. Holy Jesus.

The 2-D ones are much more nostalgic and easy to play. Also, good 2-D looks much better than low-end 3-D

I actually liked Lost Planet, go fig.

But then, when I was a kid, I played ET on my friend's Atari 2600 and thought it was awesome at the time. Of course, back then, few of us were picky enough to realize it was the crappiest game of all time (according to many lists).

Worst game I ever played, in my opinion? Hmm... sort of has the problem of "Best In What Way" on the opposite extreme. I played a lot of awful MMORPGs - I hated Asheron's Call - but they had their good points too. I've played simple Ascii QBASIC demonstration games, but they weren't really intended to be comprehensive awesome games, is it fair to call them worst?

True Crime Streets of LA, Shadow of the Colossus and Dr. Rex Ronan. (The most hilariously stupid anti-smoking propoganda I've ever seen.)

Probably Deadly Arts for the Nintendo 64, or - for the sake of being controversial - Final Fantasy X.
