Haven't seen it personally but I've heard a lot that Pink Lady and Jeff is considered by many to be the worst show ever.

As for what could be used to torture me, pick from any of the following: The OC, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Super Sweet 16, or pretty much anything involving whiny teens.
