Unlimited Blade Works said:
I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unaware of loss, Nor aware of gain
Withstood pain to create weapons, waiting for one?s arrival
I have no regrets. This is the only path
My whole life was unlimited blade works
I am very disappoint, escapist forum.

"Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder?s eye on the last Day."

-The Aiel Creed, Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time

I'm also quite partial to the Bene Gesserit one.
like that prefer

We'll drink the wine till the cup is dry,
And kiss the girls so they'll not cry,
And toss the dice until we fly,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows.

We'll dance all night until the moon runs free,
And dandle the lasses upon our knee,
And then you'll ride along with me,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows.

We'll sing all night, and drink all day,
And on the girls we'll spend our pay,
And when it's gone, then we'll away,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows.

There's some delight in ale and wine,
And some in girls with ankles fine,
But my delight, yes, always mine,
Is to dance with Jak o' the Shadows

We drink all night and dance all day,
and on the girls we spend our pay,
and when we're done, then we'll away,
to dance with Jak o' the Shadows

We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows.

We'll give a yell with a bloody curse,
And hug the maids, it could be worse,
As we ride away with the Dark One's purse,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows!

a bit long but hey you can sing it:)

Dragonheart was an awesome film. Well the first one was.
I also gave up on the series but loved the Wizard's rules but I have always been a fan of the first.

"There is no justice. There is just us." -Death, Reaper Man

"Here and now, we are alive." -Brutha, Small Gods

"Men marched away...and men marched back. How glorious the battles would have been that they never had to fight! And you say bought and sold? All right. But not, I think, needlessly spent." -Vetinari, Jingo

"I shall not confront Planet as an enemy, but shall accept its mysteries as gifts to be cherished. Nor shall I crudely seek to peel the layers away like the skin from an onion. Instead I shall gather them together as the tree gathers the breeze. The wind shall blow and I shall bend. The sky shall open and I shall drink my fill." -Gaian Acolyte's Prayer, Alpha Centauri

These words remind me of who I am and how I wish to live. Badass? Not really, but then again, I'm not trying to prove that to myself or anyone else.

I would like to think that I live by these two, not badass, but anyways:
"It is better to be keep ones mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than it is to open ones mouth and prove it" -Fable (well that is where I got it from anyways)
" When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.? - CS Lewis

Ah, so many good Wheel of Time quotes already done. Well, here's a few more from the greatest badass of them all, Matrim Cauthon.

"I may be a fool, but I intend to be a live fool."

"Bad habits pay off in the long run."

"He more than merely liked gambling, and battle was a gamble to make dicing in taverns a thing for children and toothless invalids. Lives were the stake here, your own, and other men's, men who were not even there. Make the wrong wager, a foolish bet, and cities died, or whole nations. At the same time, this was a game that set the blood racing."

"There was no such thing as fairness in war. You took your enemy from behind, when he least expected it, when and where he was weakest."

"Everything always changes! The best plan lasts until the first arrow leaves the bow."

"A beautiful battle is one you don't have to fight."

Finally, it's not Matt's creed, but I like this one a lot - "Death is lighter than a feather, duty heavier than a mountain."

Vae Victus (or Victis depending on who you ask). Translated as "Woe to the Conquered." The Legacy of Kain series is one of my favorites and I've grown quite partial to that phrase because of that.

Yeah, this one still gets me every time:

"You gotta be a good guy, Jesse. You gotta be like John Wayne: You don't take no s**t off fools, and you judge a person by what's in 'em, not how they look. And you do the right thing. You gotta be one of the good guys, son: 'Cause there's way too many of the bad."

John Custer, Preacher
I like that one a lot. Garth Ennis always had a knack for making no-nonesense, zero bullshit tolerance character. Modern days knight if you like.

Closest thing I have to a creed would be Golden Rule - "Do unto others"
These cliches also apply:

"When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."

"Don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out alive"

I've picked up a few good bits of wisdom along the way which I've strung together to what I've been calling "The Trickster's Creed".

Some I came up with...some were borrowed from others. Still working on making it flow more eloquently, but here it is...

Never miss an opportunity to rock the boat[sup](1)[/sup]. Always let a fool die a fool's death [sup](2)[/sup]. Victory is arrived from will, not just skill[sup](3)[/sup]. Don't look for a fight but don't back down if one finds you[sup](1)[/sup]. And all is forgiven if it's funny [sup](4)[/sup]

And finally...

"Hello. My name is Indigo Monyota. You killed my father. Prepare to die." [sup]Indigo Montoya[/sup]

[sup](1) Me
(2) Old Proverb
(3) George P. (my muay thai coach)
(4) Damon Wayans [/sup]

"Soldiers fight for those who can't fight for themselves." - Richard Sharpe

Every good soldier should remember this. For a gutter-born son-of-a-whore who joined the army to escape the law, Richard isn't half bad at his philosophy.

EDIT:
Also, this: "When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up." - CS Lewis

I find it hard to take seriously, because I unconsciously read it to the tune of 'Donald, where's your troosers?'

well if he had a creed per say it would be ether

"its time to toss the dice!"
or
"the only thing I hate worse then working is fighting."

First:

"My bro is dead. He's gone! But he's right there on my back, and here in my heart! HE LIVES ON AS A PART OF ME!"

"If you're gonna dig, dig to the heavens! No matter what's in my way I won't stop! Once I've dug through, IT MEANS THAT I'VE WON!"

"Just who the hell do you think I am? I'm Simon! I'm NOT my bro! I'M ME! SIMON THE DIGGER!!!"

"Finishing move!"

"GIGA..."

"DRILL..."

"BREAAAAAK!!!"

Second:

"Our friends' hopes and dreams are etched into its body..."

"...Transforming the infinite darkness into light!"

"Unmatched in heaven and earth! One machine, equal to the gods!"

"SUPER GALAXY..."

"GURREN LAGANN!!!"

"We're gonna show you the power... of the human race."

Third:

(couldn't find a video, but trust me, you know the scene)

"Your drill is right here - you can't keep wasting time in this place forever! What's that drill of yours meant to do?"

"Get going, Simon. Just don't be distracted - by the what-ifs, should'ves, and if-onlys. The one thing you choose yourself? That is the truth of your universe."

And fourth:

(No video, this encompasses most of the last episode. Keep in mind the times are not exact, and may vary depending on where you watch it)

[1:50] "Don't underestimate us! We don't care about time or space or multi-dimensional whatevers! We don't give a damn about that. Force your way down a path you choose to take and do it all yourself! THAT's the way team Dai-Gurren rolls!"

"Even when trapped by karma's cycle!"

"The dreams we left behind will open the door!"

"Even if the universe stands in our way!"

"Our seething blood will determine what will be!"

"We'll break through time and space..."

"And defy all who would stop us to grab hold of our path!"

"TENGEN TOPPA..."

"GURREN LAGANN!!!"

"Just who the hell..."

"DO YOU THINK WE ARE!?"

[9:20] "Of course we do! The tomorrow we're trying to grab for ourselves.."

"..Is not the tomorrow you've set out for us!"

"It's the tomorrow that we choose for ourselves. A tomorrow that we choose out of all the infinite universes! We'll fight our way through... we'll keep fighting and protect the universe! We'll stop the Spiral Nemesis too!"

"You can't possibly accomplish all that!"

"Just watch us!"

[13:20] "We evolve... beyond the person we were a minute before! Little by little, we advance a bit further with each turn! That's how a drill works!"

"No, that's your limitation! You sit here closed off, locking away other life-forms like some kind of king! That's nobody's limitation BUT YOUR OWN!!!"

"He's right! We humans used to have somebody MUCH greater than us! For his sake alone, we'll keep on moving forward!"

"I'll stake everything... on the greatness of the human spirit too!"

"Mark my words... This drill will open a hole in the universe! And that hole will be a path for those behind us. The dreams of those who have fallen... the hopes of those who will follow!"

"Those two sets of dreams, weaved together into a double helix, drilling a path towards tomorrow!"

"And THAT'S Tengen Toppa... THAT'S Gurren Lagann!"

"My drill is the drill... THAT CREATES THE HEAVENS!!!"

[18:50] "Those who are dead are dead. If we bring them back to life, they'll just get in the way of the next generation, right? I'm just... Simon the Digger. There's someone better suited to go down the tunnels I dug."

All of that. That is my Badass Creed.

There's two, the first "Believe everything you hear, however never act upon it without reason to."
The second being "Never wish ill upon another unless you're prepared to do it yourself."
