It's a variation on the King Adelbern's opening speech in Guild Wars. Where he means it as a call to arms to defend his kingdom, I see it a "Bring it on!"

Why is it that the stuff outside of the main canon is so much more interesting than the movies?

There's certainly a lot to think about in the Extended Universe, although the only part of the extended universe I've got any familiarity with is Death Troopers.

The version of the Jedi code I learned was
