What is your "clever girl" moment in gaming?

EVERY RPG has a "Clever Girl" moment from me. It usually amounts to:
Me: "Oh neat. Item chest."
*Runs to chest*
*The next 10 steps are all random encounters*
Me: "Damn. That was rough. Let's hope it was worth it."
Game: Trollface
*Trapped chest explodes*
Me: "...Clever girl"

Though technically, I've only ever said "Clever girl" once lol.

hard to say as i frequently drop JP quotes in my day to day life...BUT if you have played Red Dead Redemption, then you are familiar with the wild animal AI - especially found in cougars and bears.
My specific moment in RDR: Trying to complete the challenge of killing a bear with a knife, which is quite the challenge indeed, I figure out that I need to ditch my horse and do the thing on foot completely. I am fighting this bear, from a distance to pick away at its health, and then i decide to do the deed. I get close and it's charging me...so I focus on the bear and get ready to land a perfectly timed strike...it's coming fast...all of a sudden i hear cougar near by...then I see cougar...tackling me...and killing me while the bear turns around and walks away...clever, clever girls.

The exact same thing happened to me when I tried to knife a bear, only I didn't bother picking off its health I just chased it with my knife in hand. Interestingly the bear ran away as I approached it, so I ran after it for a litle while. All of a sudden a cougar came out of nowhere and knocked me down, but I was still alive. Then the bear did a U-turn and whacked off my last bit of health.

I have two I can remember.
BFBC2- friendly Tank vs Quad-bike covered in C4 with a troubled past and nothing left to lose.
WaW- An enemy with an Arisaka Bayonet and Camouflage was hidden in some bushes (the map was Cliffside, the one they remade in BLOps if that's not the correct name). I was using a Scoped M1 Garand and shot at the charging enemies. My team push forward and out of the corner of my eye I spot someone coming out of prone and charging at me. By the time I opened fire on him his blade was securely wedged in my face.

Just got the original Deus Ex. Its very fun to kill one guard instantly with a crowbar to the back, then watch his fellow guard rush over to his body to fall on top of him.

Gears of War 2 multiplayer, the Smoke/Ink grenade traps. For those that don't know, grenades of any type can be set up as proximity mines. So when mr. Rusher comes running around a corner, *beep beep boom*

Ink grenades (aka the poison gas ones) were always next to worthless in my book. You'd never find someone dumb enough to stand in the mist and let it kill them. Then I run into a smoke/ink trap. The smoke grenade goes off and stuns me, the Ink goes off and gases me to death.

In serious sam tfehd, I was in some level with allot of columns around me and had just defeated the horde of enemies there but I kept hearing a single kleer, so I looked around for it and just couldn't find it anywhere so I decided to collect ammo and be on my way, I had just collected a stack of shotgun shells and suddenly I hear the kleer run and jump at me, it startles me so bad I spaz out and end up wasting both barrels of my double barrel shotgun before I can line up a shot and kill it.

Recently I was in the sewers on Dead Island, I was confronting a Thug in the Sewers and I had previously killed all the Walkers and Infected that it normally hangs around with, so I assumed it was safe. I got in a few quick slashes with my Venom Spitting Axe and it was also inflicted with a bleeding wound and also only had one arm. I decided, for fun, that I'd floor it with the sledgehammer I just picked up, it went down pretty easily and was prone on the ground, so I went in for Xian's head stomp to finish it off and the animation showed my foot on his head, then the camera briefly looks up and back down again with the triumphant squish of it's head.

As the camera came up for that half-second I noticed the two Infected who were hiding in the shadows running towards me, I was floored in five seconds since the entire stomp animation is a slow one that you cannot cancel out of.

I was ambushed in TF2 with this very strategy.
I did indeed say "clever girl."

l4d2, a boomer was in front of me, he evaded my bullets, and stayed out of sight
I was constantly looking for him everywhere, until the tank came, then he showered my entire team with puke. we got horde'd and the tank picked us off one by one. we had no chance in hell, as out grenades ran out 2 minutes earlier

Shogun total war 2 I had a brilliant one.

There was a 3 V 3 battle and my 2 team members fell back to create a defensive line and the enemy had matchlocks. They had a battle while I took my entire army behind the enemies in a forest, sending in only my cavalry to aid my team.

My flanking army then all of a sudden encompassed the enemy out of nowhere and my team forced a counter charge (with what they had left) and we won and all their generals headgear belonged to us

Then BCBF2 about 2 days before the release of Deus Ex.

It was a valley map where... well it was tank, helicopter and sniper warfare.

I was an infantry man. I stuck close to one side of the map, got past the enemy positions came up behind them.... I knifed 8, yes 8 people. They were pissed.

I was subsequently kicked and banned by a moderator who got knifed at the time and was a bad loser >.>
Bastard.

I've had plenty but those come to mind.
I have plenty of TF2 moments but... everyone should have TF2 cleaver girl moments.

On Killzone 3, some guy in the infiltrator class killed all of us while camouflaged. It started while we were defending a bomb site and we were focused on one area where most players came from. He flanked us by going the longest route of the map where no one was watching. He put on his camo then went on a melee clinic! One by one we were assassinated and led to the bomb being planted.

I remember going behind a stampede of charging Demoman in TF2, being a pyro, I used the backscratcher and killed them all. I got a "Clever girl" although I didn't really believe it was clever. More common tactics.

Me; on WaW, there was a subway map on the first DLC pack; I managed to rack up a ridiculous number of kills one game by using a silenced MP40 in a stealth class and sitting in the shadows; trick was that I did it as a German, so my uniform blended perfectly; got numerous kills and the enemy rarely found me; if I died, I'd just do it somewhere else. Got dozens of knife kills over several games. That server quickly got very suspicious of shadows...

Enemy;
Rome: Total War - the Brutii hid an army on Crete in a forest and didn't reveal it till they declared war on me (I was controlling Crete at that point). Or they just pulled it of their arse as the Total War AI seems capable of doing.

DoW2: Retribution - an enemy once positioned a Valkyrie strike to push a unit with the first barrage into the second barrage and then use that one to push the survivors into the field of fire of his base heavy bolter; the unit was absolutely crushed.

CoH - The British AI once used a decoy artillery barrage to expand their LoS enough to use a real one on me, so their units were far from me, yet still able to target me with their off-map support.

CoD: WaW - One of my friends used to hide Bouncing Betties anywhere he could, including in corpses, next to fence posts and one one map, in a chest of drawers; when I first succumbed to that one, "clever girl" was pretty much what I was thinking.

Red Dead Redemption. Me and my brother were playing online on free mode in the woods to the north, and we seen a bear in the distance, so we pulled out our sniper rifles and aimed down towards it. Out of NOWHERE, a bear came from behind us, and beat me down, leaving my brother alive. Bear tactics are deadly...

I knew there was a certain game I was thinking of when I came to this thread.

I remember all the fun times I had on RDR with a friend, in the woods hunting Bears and Cougars on horses. They just came from nowhere most of the time! Especially the cougars. So many times we got surrounded...

I was having a intense shootout with the cops in GTA4, when 1 cop came from behind me and gave me two shotgun rounds to the chest and head. Clever girl indeed.
