CG - The Incredibles. Most Pixar is great, but that one gets better with each viewing. Having a family only strengthens it.
Animation - Fantasia. It's too slow for some, but personally, I can truly lose myself in some of the pieces. And The Sorcerer's Apprentice is actually one of the weakest pieces in it, despite its synonimy with the title.
God yes, Fantasia is great. I have loved it since I was about 5. I don't know about you, but I can't really decide on a favourite part of the movie. And because of it I have classical music on my PSP.

OT:I can't really decide between one. It's out of Spirited Away (lack of originality), Howl's Moving Castle, Alice in Wonderland (original Disney one), Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., Sleeping Beauty or Aladdin.

When the Wind Blows. The adaptation of the Raymond Briggs comic book (or graphic novel if you prefer) bleak and brilliant, I love it but have no desire to watch it again (much like the also brilliant and moving Grave of the Fireflies).

Akira or Toy Story 3

Akira is what got me into anime and japanese culture in the first place, but toy story 3 is the only movie to actually make me scared for the characters and cry
