Tremors.

There's not even a contest here. It is the greatest B movie. It's so B it's even got a country and western singer in it, and it's still awesome.

Bubba Ho-Tep. It is awesome. Elvis, JFK, a mummy, and a retirement home. What's not to like?

Surf Nazis Must Die!

An earthquake leaves the California coastline in ruins and reduces the beaches to a state of chaos. A group of Neo-Nazis led by Adolf (Brenner), the self-proclaimed "Fuhrer of the new beach," take advantage of the resulting chaos by fighting off several rival surfer gangs to seize control of the beaches. Meanwhile, an African American oil well worker named Leroy (Harden) is killed by the Nazis while jogging on the beach. Leroy's mother "Mama" Washington (Neely), devastated by the loss of her son, vows revenge. After arming herself with a handgun and grenades, she breaks out of her retirement home and sets out to exact bloody vengeance on the Surf Nazis.

Hmm, I've several favourites:

Starship Troopers (most underrated comedy ever)

Dog Soldiers (Army of Darkness meets Underworld. Hell yeah!)

Tremors (all of them - so funny "I have a feeling I was left out on some NEED TO KNOW information")

Bloodsurf (Lake Placid meets Jaws)

Annaconda (all 3 - the humour in the second and 3rd are a blast [the Hoff is in the 3rd!], but then these were all cinema releases, so not sure if they count as B-movies)

while I don't find cringe worthy movies all that entertaining even to laugh at I will admit battlefield earth had me falling out of my seat with laughter
That movie is utterly revolting. Without copious amounts of alcohol, I know I would have been disgusted (rather than amused) by how bad it was. Almost the best part was watching the interviews with Travolta and the director in the special features as they tried their very best to keep a straight face saying they were proud of the film.

Dead Alive. 'Cause I'm American and fat.

In all seriousness, probably Army of Darkness. Or else The Fifth Element, though I actually like that one cause I think it's good. All my friends say I have no taste though...
