For some reason I've taken a liking to the PS3 controller. It just feels different, but a good kind of different.
Cept the triggers are a piece of fucking plastic pasted onto the controller with cheap no name glue.
Use gioteck triggers, they make the controller much better. So much in fact, that Dualshock 3 controllers are now my favourite. 360 ones were always too big for my hands, and the battery pack always got in the way. Wiimotes are my most hated controller, because half the time it doesn't do what I want it to do.

Possibly the FragFx but I haven't had enough time to try it out yet, but failing that I'm going to buck the trend and say the dual Shock 3 (but only if the extra triggers are included)
The FragFx takes soo much getting used to, and it's still not as good as a regular mouse. It's not very smooth so instead of going slowly to snipe some guys head it skipped right over it. But I'm sure if I learnt how to use it properly I'd be rather potent especially at games like Killzone 2 where the guns are ridiculously hard to use.
Other than that I like the 360 controller because of the triggers that actually get used and imo the joysticks are better than the PS3's, which unfortunately I own.

Mouse + KB of course.

I also have a fondness for the Dual Shock 3 because it seems to be the only gamepad this generation (including most PC gamepads) that has a proper d-pad that has ACTUAL buttons rather than just a modified analogue stick. The six-axis motion sensing is also a really helpful and unique feature that some games use extremely in really innovative and game enhancing ways (MOH: Airborne). But the snap-on concave triggers are very necessary.

Keyboard and mouse, lots of buttons, great for rpgs, mmorpgs, RTS, FPS. Sucks for racing and beat em ups, but fortunately I don't play those. I think all console controllers have been designed really well, I can just pick one up and get used to it within minutes. They're really ergonomic and I'm lucky to have average sized hands.

The game cube controller fit nice and feels great. As a runner up the 360 controller perferably corded.

The N64 Controller is pretty sweet but I like the 360 controller too. They both just fit in my hands really nice like.

The N64 controller also looks really awesome and different

The n64 controller is my favorite too its the only one I can use with both of my left hands and my right hand.

I prefer the PS3 controllers. They feel so much more comfortable then any other controllers.

to be honest the original big xbox controler. It was the deciding factor as to why I got an Xbox over ps2. the ps2 controller just felt extremely awkward and the xbox was perfect for my abnormally large hands.

360 controller. It's not "original," but who the fuck cares about Originality in controls besides technophiles? The X360 controller just works really well.

Plus, the PS's controllers are universally too small to be comfortable for my big hands. (This is coming from someone who LIKED the original Xbox's controller)
