I will have to go for Zodiac. The Director, the writers, the actors, and just everyone who worked on it gave it their 110% and it shows.

Too bad half of Zodiac just followed Jake Gyllenhaal looking through records as the interesting characters just happen to disappear. Oops, I'm raining on more parades tonight.

I'll go for Chinatown, and if I can pick a videogame, then Max Payne it's my favorite of them all.
I'm not sure if I have seen any crime thrillers, unless The Usual Suspects is considered one, because if it is, that would be my favorite crime thriller.
I would have agreed with you on that but the subject material had kept me interested even when the movie did slow down. The only major criticism i can throw at it is that it was too long. But these problems were dashed away as by what i feel the movie got right.Marter said:
