I've played a lot of MMORPGs [http://geldonsgaming.blogspot.com/2010/03/top-26-mmorpgs-and-why-i-dont-play-them.html], but I find myself surprisingly unable to answer this question. It seems I'm too busy hating the grind to actually outline a 'favorite dungeon or level' out of them. It probably doesn't help that I get burned out before I see the majority of the content.
Crud. For a fellow who knows nearly everything about MMORPGs, it seems never found their geography all that important...
To take a stab in the dark, I think I prefer the heavily scripted dungeons with the interesting action going on that progresses a story. Something like the introductory dungeons in Dungeons and Dragons Online or LOTRO.
