I think "The Last Man Alive" is over 30 years. I watched it last night and I've got to say it's better than I am Legend remake.

I'm still partial to Omega Man, but Last Man was probably the most faithful of all of them.

Also, On the Waterfront, Mafioso film, also Kazan's fantastic response to people trash talking his talking at HUACC.

Arsenic and Old Lace (1944)

This movie is about the only sane man in a family visiting his two aunts and his relative (who believes himself to be Teddy Roosevelt), only to find out that they're serial killers. Then his serial killer brother comes to visit.
It's pretty much awesome.

"No, madam, I'm not drunk, but you've given me an idea!"

Holy shit, I didn't think I'd be ninja'd with that.

But yeah, Arsenic and Old Lace was hilarious.

The Blues Brothers came out in 1980 and is rapidly approaching the 30-year qualifying point. I'd also throw in Slap Shot and Kentucky Fried Movie (both 1977, same year I was born), Airplane! (1978), Cool Hand Luke (1967), Duck Soup and A Night at the Opera (1932 and 1935, respectively), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) and My Fair Lady (1964) since Audrey Hepburn was the most beautiful woman who ever lived, and of course most of Monty Python's body of work.
