Too many choices so I'll just name a few.
Lucky: Just so much fun.
Ranger Sequoia: One of the few pistols (one above included) made out of sheer badassery.
Anti-Material Rifle: I call mine Smite, should be a pretty good indication of what I think of it.
Dinner Bell: Too awesome for words.
Gimme these four guns and I'll bring down the entirety of Ceasers Legion.

I really enjoy the Mysterious Magnum, even if just for the sheer bad-assery of hearing the Mysterious Stranger theme play whenever you pull it out.
fully upgraded plasma caster with max ammo and the meltdown perk. Sure takes care of those pesky ncr.

The Mysterious Magnum. Come on, a silver revolver that plays a little tune every time holster and unholster it? Awesome! 
I was also fond of This Machine, the unique hunting rifle. For some reason I had so much fun reloading that thing.

That gun has to be one of my favorites. It was powerful, looked awesome and had a X2.5 crit multiplier that went particularly well with my evil bastard crit stacking character.
Also the Tri-Beam Laser Rifle. I'm not entirely sure why, but whenever my energy weapon specialist used it, everything fell over and died.

For the lulz? Tesla Cannon, shooting punks with lightning bolts never gets old. I'm also rather fond of Mercy, too bad it's easy to kill yourself with it.
My first playthrough (back when the game was first released) was as a melee character. I used "Oh Baby!" mostly and loved it. I haven't had a chance to use any melee weapons in Honest Hearts, Dead Money, or Old World Blues yet, so "Oh Baby!" is still my favorite.

either my Light Machine-gun,
or the Assault Carbine.
I used the latter more often as it was accurate and dependable.
while the Light Machine Gun, could totally destroy any enemy I pointed it at.
both weapons were obtained when I visited Black Mountain first time because I thought the friendly mutants were nearby, nope just some Dumb dumb's and and Nightkin. most of the super mutants had assault carbines and i was pretty certain it was a good gun, so I took it, it was by my side ever since.
The light machine gun came later. I figured the Mutants should have re-spawned with better loot at the time so i fast traveled.
a party of Nightkin armed with my Future Death sprayer was their to greet me. I decided the Light machine gun was superior to the Marksman Carbine, so i never got it.
also I got the C-Finder for 20 caps but never used it.
except once vs the Legate, but I don't think it counts as I had to reload because the legate Had survived
